1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent by Sweet Home West.

2. Payment
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat the property respectfully, avoid excessive noise or disturbance, leave the property in a reasonable condition, and comply with local laws and regulations.

5. Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Smoking
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Outdoor smoking only.

7. Pets
Pets may be permitted with prior approval and an additional £50 fee per stay.

8. Children
The accommodation is primarily designed for adults and business travellers and is not suitable for children.

9. Cleaning Fee
A £30 cleaning fee applies per stay.

10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.

11. Liability
Sweet Home West is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or interruptions outside our control.

12. Privacy
Guest information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
